🚀 WE’RE HIRING | SALES EXECUTIVE – DUBAI📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏢 Work Mode: On-Site💼 Department: Sales / Business DevelopmentREM CRM is looking for a confident, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, enjoys meeting clients, and can confidently demonstrate how CRM and SaaS solutions can help businesses improve their sales processes, lead management, follow-ups, and overall productivity.🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
• Connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and other sales channels
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable CRM / SaaS solutions
• Clearly communicate the value and business benefits of REM CRM
• Manage prospects throughout the complete sales cycle
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients
• Manage and update leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines
• Prepare proposals and handle client negotiations
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in CRM, SaaS, Software, or Technology Sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in conducting face-to-face and online client meetings
• Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand client pain points and present the right solution
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with sales targets
• Strong closing and objection-handling abilities
• Professional attitude with excellent client-handling skills
• Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or B2B Software Sales will be an advantage
