You’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure workplace while supporting the day-to-day running of the site through accurate reporting, clear communication and efficient use of digital systems.Key responsibilities ✅ Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email using a high standard of professional language ✅ Learn and operate access control systems and internal reporting tools ✅ Collaborate with the team through Slack ✅ Create and manage documents in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) ✅ Maintain accurate records, incident reports and site documentation ✅ Deliver a professional, welcoming presence to staff and visitorsAbout youCurrent NSW Security LicencePrevious administrative experience, ideally in a corporate settingStrong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyExcellent written and verbal communicationWell presented, reliable and detail-orientedComfortable working in a technology-driven environment
