Apply & track with Apply Edge🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Presales / Solution Engineer – ELV/ICT📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏢 Company: ITB – Information Technology Belt💼 Position: Senior Presales / Solution Engineer – ELV/ICTWe are looking for an experienced Senior Presales / Solution Engineer – ELV/ICT to join our team in Riyadh.The ideal candidate will have strong technical and customer-facing experience in designing ICT/ELV solutions, supporting sales activities, preparing technical proposals, and working closely with customers and technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and propose tailored ICT/ELV technical solutions based on customer requirements.
- Provide technical consultation and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs and prepare technical proposals and solution costing.
- Develop solution architecture, Bill of Materials (BOM), and implementation specifications.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Engage with vendors to develop technically and commercially competitive solutions.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop winning strategies and align technical solutions with customer business needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of emerging ICT/ELV technologies, products, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in IT/ICT Presales, including at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical or presales role.
- Hands-on experience in deployment, configuration, or engineering of ICT/ELV solutions.
- Strong experience in solution design, RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, BOM preparation, and PoCs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
