Provide excellent and personalized guest service. Present menus and explain food and beverage options. Take and accurately process guest orders. Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards. Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues when required. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens. Process guest bills and payments accurately. Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures. Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene. Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and F&B teams. Assist with VIP service, banquets, events, and special functions.
