About You & the RoleThe Wealth Associate is responsible for assisting the RO in marketing WMG products and services to existing and potential customers, building customer relationship and performing portfolio management and account administration; ensure delivery of high-quality customer experience by actively assisting in all relationship, customer service and wealth management activities of the RO; responsible for creation, maintenance and safekeeping of customer, account and transaction recordsWhat You Will Be DoingAssist Relationship Officers (ROs) in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio managementSupport account activities (opening, maintenance, documentation, and transactions)Coordinate and process client instructions with booking units and internal teamsEnsure timely and complete submission of transaction requirements and documentsMaintain accurate customer, account, and KYC recordsHandle client inquiries and provide product information in the absence of the ROSupport sales and client engagement activities, including meeting preparationAdhere to compliance requirements (KYC, CDD, policies, and procedures)Perform administrative and reporting tasks to support daily operationsWhat Success Looks LikeDelivers timely and accurate processing of client transactionsProvides responsive and high-quality client supportMaintains complete and up-to-date client and account recordsEnsures smooth coordination with ROs and internal teamsSubmits complete documentation within required timelinesAdheres consistently to compliance and risk standardsSupports sales activities and strengthens client relationshipsQualifications We ValueCollege graduateFresh graduate to 1 year working experience (banking, relationship management, sales and marketing)Basic knowledge on investment and financial conceptsMS Office literateMust be able to interact with high net-worth clients as well as internal units of the bank to be able to facilitate client transactionsWilling to be assigned in Makati City
