This role involves engaging clients to understand their financial goals and risk appetite, and recommending suitable wealth management solutions across insurance, investment, and retirement planning products. The advisor will conduct regular reviews of clients’ portfolios, monitor market developments, and adjust strategies to align with clients’ evolving needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, delivering professional financial consultations, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to access product expertise, training, and support, while maintaining long-term, trust-based client relationships.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to analyze client situations and develop holistic financial roadmaps.Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning to design sustainable income strategies and long-term protection plans.Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and Wealth Management Services to construct diversified portfolios and recommend appropriate products.Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, Chartered Financial Consultant) are an advantage.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.High level of integrity, adherence to regulatory requirements, and commitment to putting clients’ interests first.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships; prior experience in financial advisory or banking is beneficial.
