The firm is known for providing a broad range of products and delivering service quality aligned with Great Eastern’s established reputation.Role Description This is a full-time Wealth Management Consultant role based in Singapore, offered on a hybrid work arrangement with some flexibility to work from home. The Wealth Management Consultant will meet and advise clients on their financial goals, conduct detailed needs analyses, and develop tailored financial and wealth management plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include recommending suitable insurance, investment, and retirement solutions, monitoring client portfolios, and conducting regular reviews to ensure strategies remain aligned with changing circumstances. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and regulatory developments, preparing professional proposals and reports, and maintaining long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams and leverage GEFA’s wide product range and institutional support to deliver comprehensive advice.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to design holistic, long-term strategies for diverse client profiles.Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments knowledge to analyze products, assess risk and return, and construct appropriate portfolios.Candidates should possess Consulting skills to conduct needs-based assessments, communicate complex concepts clearly, and provide objective, client-centric advice.Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines is beneficial.Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent local qualifications) are an advantage.Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work ethically and comply with regulatory standards.Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with both individual and team-based goals.Prior experience in wealth management, banking, or financial advisory services in Singapore is preferred.
