seeking an experienced Wealth Management Manager to lead wealth-management relationships, investment strategies, portfolio solutions, financial planning, client acquisition, and high-net-worth account development.The ideal candidate will combine strong investment and financial-planning expertise with relationship management, portfolio analysis, business development, risk management, regulatory awareness, and strategic client advisory capabilities.The role will be responsible for understanding client objectives, developing appropriate wealth strategies, coordinating investment solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the wealth-management lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive wealth-management strategies aligned with client objectives and organizational goals.Manage relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and institutional or family-office clients where applicable.Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial objectives, investment preferences, liquidity requirements, risk tolerance, time horizons, family circumstances, and long-term wealth goals.Conduct structured client discovery and financial assessments.Develop personalized wealth-management plans covering investment management, liquidity, retirement, estate considerations, risk management, and wealth-transfer objectives.Review clients' existing portfolios, assets, liabilities, cash flows, investment structures, and financial commitments.Develop strategic recommendations based on client objectives, risk tolerance, financial circumstances, and applicable investment policies.Coordinate investment solutions across equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives, structured products, private markets, cash, and other appropriate asset classes.Work closely with Investment Management and Research teams to develop portfolio recommendations.Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, risk exposure, liquidity, concentration, and investment objectives.Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend appropriate rebalancing or strategic adjustments.Analyze investment performance against agreed benchmarks, objectives, and risk parameters.Explain investment performance, market developments, portfolio positioning, and strategic recommendations clearly to clients.Monitor global and regional financial markets, interest rates, inflation, currencies, economic conditions, geopolitical developments, and investment trends.Translate market developments into relevant client insights and portfolio considerations.Develop investment outlooks, market updates, portfolio reviews, and client presentations.Coordinate with research and investment teams to identify emerging investment opportunities and risks.Support clients in developing diversified investment strategies aligned with their long-term objectives.Identify portfolio concentration, liquidity, currency, market, credit, and other investment risks.Develop appropriate risk-management strategies in collaboration with investment specialists.Support clients with cash-flow and liquidity planning.Coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term liquidity requirements with portfolio-management strategies.Assist entrepreneurs and business owners with wealth-planning considerations related to business ownership, liquidity events, succession, and diversification.Coordinate with Tax, Legal, Estate Planning, and other professional advisers where appropriate.Support wealth-transfer and succession-planning strategies in collaboration with qualified legal and tax professionals.Coordinate family-wealth planning and multi-generational wealth-management initiatives where applicable.Develop relationships with family offices, private banks, investment managers, legal advisers, tax advisers, trustees, and other professional networks.Build and maintain strategic referral and professional-adviser relationships.Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, professional partnerships, existing clients, and market development.Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective high-value clients.Conduct client presentations, investment discussions, onboarding meetings, and relationship reviews.Prepare proposals, financial analyses, portfolio recommendations, investment presentations, and client business cases.Lead commercial discussions regarding advisory services, management fees, service structures, and other applicable arrangements.Ensure client onboarding and account-opening processes are completed accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Client Services teams to complete required documentation and due diligence.Ensure client information, suitability assessments, risk profiles, investment objectives, and regulatory documentation are maintained accurately.Maintain strong awareness of applicable financial-services, investment, suitability, AML, KYC, and client-protection requirements.Ensure investment recommendations and client communications are consistent with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.Monitor client accounts for compliance with agreed investment mandates and restrictions.Identify and escalate potential compliance, suitability, conflict-of-interest, or reputational risks.Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, recommendations, investment objectives, risk profiles, portfolio reviews, and relevant decisions.Conduct regular client relationship reviews and proactively identify changing financial needs.Develop client-retention strategies and identify opportunities to deepen relationships through relevant additional services.Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns, service issues, or relationship risks.Resolve client complaints and coordinate with relevant internal teams when escalation is required.Maintain strong relationships with clients' key decision-makers and family stakeholders where appropriate and authorized.Monitor client profitability, revenue, assets under management, asset flows, and relationship performance.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will be measured through a combination experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, financial planning, portfolio management, asset management, or a related field.Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, business owners, or institutional clients would be highly advantageous.The candidate should demonstrate strong investment knowledge while maintaining a client-first approach and a high standard of professional ethics and regulatory discipline.What You'll BringProven experience in wealth management, private banking, investment management, financial advisory, or a related field.Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio-construction principles.Experience managing high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.Strong other investment solutions.Strong financial-planning and client-advisory capabilities.Understanding of retirement, liquidity, succession, and wealth-transfer planning.Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, suitability, client-protection, and financial-services compliance principles.Experience working with investment research, portfolio-management, legal, tax, and compliance professionals.Strong business-development and client-acquisition capabilities.Excellent relationship-management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong financial and analytical capabilities.Excellent related discipline.CFA, CFP, CIMA, CAIA, or other relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.Experience working with UAE or GCC-based high-net-worth clients and wealth-management institutions is highly desirable.
