The role involves advising clients on life and health insurance solutions, wealth planning, and long-term financial strategies aligned with their goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, assessing their financial needs, recommending suitable products, and monitoring their portfolios. Team Managers, Team Leaders, and Branch Managers will also be responsible for leading and mentoring teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, consistent follow-up with clients, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to analyze client needs and develop comprehensive financial solutions.Candidates should possess skills in Investments and Investment Management to guide clients on wealth-building strategies and portfolio management.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance products and practices to recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions.Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.Candidates should demonstrate leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams or branches being an advantage.A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications in financial planning or insurance are beneficial.Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or banking, especially in advisory or sales roles, is highly desirable.Ability to work in an on-site environment in Colombo District and meet performance and compliance standards.
