Our digital wealth management platform- will enable banks and other financial institutions in the Middle East to grow and further penetrate affluent, HNW and UHNW investor segments.While still leveraging the capabilities and knowledge of large organizations, our fintech is a startup with truly cross-functional and agile teams.For more information, please visit www.alpheya.comRole Description And ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced WealthTech Product Lead to shape the future of our B2B Wealth platform — spanning multi-asset trading, ledger, and portfolio management, including Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), robo-advisory, and omnichannel journeys. As a critical member of the product team, you'll own the roadmap, drive impactful product enhancements, and champion a user-centric culture of innovation across web, mobile, and other channels.What you will achieveSpearhead successful product development: guide the platform through iterative, hypothesis-driven cycles, delivering features that delight users and move key financial metricsChampion customer-centricity: think holistically across customer journeys, prioritizing the roadmap to eliminate friction points for target segmentsEmbed AI-native product development and featuresForge impactful partnerships: work closely with design, engineering, data science, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and alignmentDrive data-driven insights: use market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic pivots and product decisionsOwn the product end-to-end. Own the Wealth product roadmap (e.g. trading, portfolio, ledger) — from ideation to implementation, balancing technical feasibility and market relevance. You take a business problem and turn it into a complete, technically grounded specification that engineering can build, defining what success looks like, what's explicitly out of scope, and what decisions need to be made before a line of code is writtenDeliver seamless multi-channel experiences (web, mobile, and beyond) with tight B2B2C integration for our bank and financial-institution clientsDesign and translate technical contracts. You work with engineering teams to define API documentation before the first consuming team builds against it, working directly with protocols such as REST and FIXSet and defend the quality bar. You define non-functional requirements — covering performance, reliability, security, and data integrityUse AI as a core work practice. You are well versed in using AI tooling as a standard part of how you workInstrument and measure what you ship. You define telemetry as part of the brief: user funnel visibility, system performance across the full stack, error breakdown by category, and business outcome metricsRequirementsProven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS fintech, trading, or wealth management environmentDomain knowledge of wealth management and portfolio management services — DPM, robo-advisory, trading, ledger, or similar — plus the technical acumen to navigate solution design trade-offsHands-on experience building or prototyping mobile applications that integrate real APIsTrack record of hypothesis-driven, user-centric product developmentStrong analytical skills, turning complex data into actionable, strategic insightOwnership mindset and a "yes, and" attitude; thrives in a fast-paced startup environmentProven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data science, and leadershipProficiency in Agile methodologies and SaaS metrics (e.g. ARR)Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent written English, Arabic a plusActive, demonstrated use of AI coding and product tools (Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) as part of your daily workflowQualificationsBachelor's degree (or higher) in IT engineering, computer science, business, finance, or a related fieldPrior hands-on experience in software engineering or building 0-to-1 products is a plus
