Generaltec offers stable employment within a growing group of companies and a diverse, international work environment.Role Description The Warehouse Helper role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Warehouse Helper supports daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading goods, sorting and organizing inventory, and assisting with packing and preparation of orders for shipment. Responsibilities include checking incoming and outgoing products against documentation, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and helping with stock relocation within the warehouse. The role may also involve operating manual or powered material handling equipment, following company safety procedures, and coordinating with supervisors and colleagues to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including checking, verifying, and documenting incoming and outgoing goods.Candidates should possess skills in Packing and basic inventory handling to prepare orders safely and accurately.Candidates should possess skills in Unloading and general material handling to move products efficiently and safely.Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use or be willing to learn with provided training, following safety guidelines.Basic literacy and numeracy for reading labels, invoices, and stock lists.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
