*We're Hiring | Web Development / Dashboard Developer**Location:* Kolkata (WFO)*Experience:* 2-5 Years*About The Role:*We are looking for a Web Development / Dashboard Developer who can build, maintain, and test high-quality websites, landing pages, and campaign dashboards for our digital and PR clients.*Key Responsibilities:**Web Development & Dashboard Development:*- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites, landing pages, microsites, and campaign pages- Convert UI/UX designs and creative concepts into responsive and functional web pages- Develop websites using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks/CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, React etc.)- Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices- Integrate websites with APIs, forms, analytics tools, third-party platforms, and marketing technologies- Implement website tracking and analytics requirements, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, performance issues, broken links, and technical errors- Maintain and update existing websites and digital properties*Quality Assurance & Testing:*- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for websites and digital platforms- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility testing- Test websites across different browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, and mobile devices- Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs/issues through to resolution- Verify website forms, links, buttons, navigation, images, videos, animations, and interactive elements- Validate website content, layout, functionality, tracking codes, and campaign-specific requirements- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing- Perform basic website performance testing, including page-load speed and Core Web Vitals- Verify fixes and conduct regression testing before production releases- Ensure websites meet agreed quality standards, specifications, and client requirements- Work with developers and designers to identify the root cause of defects and ensure timely resolution- Work with digital marketing teams to ensure websites and landing pages are optimized for conversion and campaign objectives- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues affecting digital marketing campaigns*Must Have Skills:*- Strong hands-on in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CMS (WordPress)- Experience in dashboard/report building using Power BI / Looker Studio / Tableau- Knowledge of QA processes, bug tracking tools (Jira), GTM/GA4 implementation- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, responsive design and conversion optimization*To Apply:* Send CV + Portfolio Link to *debashree@questbusiness.co.in*
