The ideal candidate will take ownership of the project from concept to launch, ensuring the site reflects our brand identity, is fully optimized for search engines, and helps prospective patients easily find and connect with our doctors.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and finalize a modern, professional website that aligns with the practice's brand identity.Manage the end-to-end website build and ensure a fast, efficient path to launch.Revise and update existing website content to be current, accurate, and engaging.Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve overall search visibility.Ensure all website elements (design, content, and structure) are fully integrated with the practice's branding.Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization (meta titles, descriptions, headers, alt text, etc.).Monitor site performance and recommend ongoing improvements post-launch.RequirementsProven experience in website design and development.Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).Experience with content revision and copywriting for web.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Ability to work efficiently under strict timelines to support a quick launch.Strong attention to brand consistency and visual detail.Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.Basic understanding of HIPAA-compliant website practices.Our Hiring ProcessApplication Review: Submit your application and resume.
