The Web Designer will be responsible for planning and creating visually appealing, user-centric website layouts that align with client branding and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include designing web pages and UI components, collaborating with developers to implement designs, optimizing layouts for responsive and cross-browser performance, and preparing graphic assets such as icons, banners, and imagery. The role also involves working closely with project managers and digital marketing teams to ensure design consistency, usability, and alignment with SEO and conversion goals. The Web Designer is expected to participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback, and maintain design standards across multiple projects.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills focused on creating user-friendly, modern interfaces.Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for producing high-quality visual assets and branding elements.Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills to collaborate effectively with developers and support design implementation.Candidates should possess proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.Candidates should possess knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and best practices for cross-browser compatibility.Candidates should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating web and UI/UX design work for business-oriented digital solutions.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred; experience in agency or tech studio settings is an advantage.
