Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a talented and experienced Web Developer & Digital Specialist (UAE National) who will be a key member of both the Marketing and IT Operations teams. The specialist will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the VP of Technology. The specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital platforms, including website content management, outbound marketing and engagement through the CRM, social media content production, and the creation of digital brand assets. The primary focus of the role is the development and execution of engaging, technology-enabled campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across Client's digital channels.ResponsibilitiesJob requirementsWebsite and Digital Platform Management:Administer, maintain and update the company websites using approved Content Management SystemsEnsure website functionality, availability, performance and reliability across environmentsManage website patching, version updates, plugins and third-party integrations in line with security policiesCoordinate vulnerability remediation and security improvements in collaboration with IT & GRCConduct regular platform health checks, performance reviews and access control auditsEnsure hosting, DNS, SSL certificates and related infrastructure components are properly maintainedOptimize website structure for UX, SEO best practices, accessibility and performanceCreate and maintain landing pages, blog posts and digital content aligned with marketing objectivesMarketing Technology and CRM Operations:Configure, administer and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and related CRM modules in co-ordination with Microsoft Platform Engineering teamPlan, design and execute email marketing campaigns through D365Manage segmentation, data quality, consent management and automation workflows in D365Ensure CRM configurations and integrations comply with corporate security, privacy and DP policiesMonitor campaign performance metrics such as open & click through rates, deliverability and engagement, and implement optimization improvementsSocial Media and Digital Channel Operations:Manage the company's social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business and other key channelsDevelop, design, schedule and publish posts, videos, and paid campaignsGrow the company's LinkedIn presence through strategic posting, thought leadership and engagementMaintain correct configuration of accounts, permissions and integrations across social platformsMonitor performance metrics using analytics tools and provide structured reportingCreative Asset Development and Brand Execution:Develop and produce digital assets for websites, email campaigns and social media using approved toolsEnsure all assets align with corporate brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channelsDevelop and manage video content workflows for YouTube and other platformsEnsure digital content is technically optimised for different platforms, format and devicesCampaign Performance and Analytics:Create digital content to support integrated marketing campaigns across websites, CRM and social channelsTrack and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics and conversion performanceConduct A/B testing and performance-drive optimization initiativesMaintain dashboards and performance reports for Marketing and Business stakeholdersSecurity, Governance and Compliance:Ensure all marketing tools and platforms are configured and operated in line with corporate IT security policiesPerform periodic access reviews for CMS, CRM and social media platforms in coordination with IT & GRCSupport audit activities and provide required documentation for internal / external compliance assessmentsMaintain documentation of configurations, processes and change historyCollaboration and Continuous Improvement:Work closely with wider marketing team to align content strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all digital platformsContribute to integrated marketing campaign planning from a technology enablement perspectiveStay up to date with digital platform updates, emerging technologies and industry best practicesIdentify and implement operational improvements across digital systems and workflowsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing technology, website management, CRM administration, or marketing operations rolesProven experience managing corporate websites using WordPress, including administration via cPanel or similar hosting environmentsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and CRM modules, including campaign configuration, segmentation, automation journeys, and performance reportingSolid understanding of web technologies including HTML/CSS fundamentals, DNS configuration, SSL certificates, hosting environments, security controls, and website performance optimizationExperience managing WordPress core updates, plugin patching, configuration changes, and third-party integrationsHands-on experience with analytics and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM reporting dashboardsStrong understanding of SEO principles and UX/UI best practicesProficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for creating digital assets across web, email, and social media platformsWorking knowledge of video editing and multimedia tools for campaign and brand content developmentAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and implement optimization improvementsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, WordPress, or related digital marketing
