Web Developer & Digital Specialist (UAE National)Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Web Developer & Digital Specialist to manage and optimize digital platforms, websites, CRM systems, and social media channels. The role combines website administration, digital marketing operations, content management, campaign execution, and analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company websites, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and SEO optimization.Create and update website content, landing pages, and digital assets.Administer and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms, including email campaigns, audience segmentation, and reporting.Manage social media channels, publish content, and support paid digital campaigns.Develop digital marketing assets using design and multimedia tools.Monitor website, campaign, and social media performance, providing actionable insights and reports.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy requirements.Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to improve digital platforms and campaign effectiveness.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in website management, digital marketing technology, CRM administration, or marketing operations.Strong experience with WordPress, website hosting, DNS, SSL, and web performance optimization.Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, UX/UI best practices, and web security fundamentals.Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.Basic video editing and multimedia content creation skills.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant certifications in digital marketing, CRM, or web technologies are a plus.BenefitsComprehensive health insurance.Learning and development opportunities.Career growth and advancement opportunities.Flexible/hybrid work environment.Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
