Website Developer / Web Development SpecialistLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Website Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize company websites across our real estate, hospitality, construction, and investment businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that support lead generation, marketing campaigns, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update company websites and landing pages.Build websites using WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, secure, and optimized for speed and performance.Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.Integrate websites with CRM systems, lead capture forms, booking engines, payment gateways, and third-party applications.Manage website hosting, domain configurations, backups, and security updates.Implement tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal website functionality.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in website development.Strong knowledge of:WordPressShopifyHTML, CSS, JavaScriptBasic PHP and MySQLExperience with website hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificates.Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.Experience integrating forms, CRM systems, and third-party tools.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience developing websites for real estate, hospitality, or construction companies.Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders.Experience with automation tools such as Make or Zapier.Basic graphic design or UI/UX knowledge.Application RequirementsCandidates must submit:Updated CVPortfolio of previous workLinks to at least three live websites they have developedBrief description of their role in each project
