The company specializes in repair services for phones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles, including micro-soldering and component-level board work. Everest Multi Tech also builds custom gaming PCs and provides IT support, enterprise networking, and cybersecurity services. In addition, the company operates an in-house print shop that produces business cards, banners, apparel, decals, and signage with quick turnaround times. Team members work in a hands-on, customer-focused environment with exposure to a wide range of technologies and projects.Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Reynoldsburg, OH. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining company and client websites, ensuring they are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance. Day-to-day tasks include building and updating front-end user interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Web Developer will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, online service booking, and e-commerce features, as well as ensure consistent branding and usability across digital properties. The role also involves monitoring site performance, applying best practices in SEO and accessibility, and staying current with modern web technologies.Qualifications Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming (e.g., server-side languages, databases, and API integration).Hands-on Web Development experience across the full stack, including deploying, maintaining, and optimizing websites.Ability to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly web interfaces and improve existing site layouts.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern frameworks or libraries (such as React, Vue, Node.js, or similar).Understanding of web performance optimization, basic SEO principles, accessibility standards, and security best practices.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
