Web Developer & Digital Platforms SpecialistLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site)Reports to: IT ManagerAbout the RoleOHANA Development is seeking an experienced Web Developer & Digital Platforms Specialist to manage, secure, and optimize our corporate web ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will oversee the technical lifecycle of our corporate websites, landing pages, VPS server hosting, domain portfolios, and seamless lead-generation integrations with Salesforce.This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of front-end web development, server administration, technical SEO, digital analytics, and tight collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and ICT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development & Content ManagementBuild, maintain, and optimize responsive company websites and campaign landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow, and WordPress.Translate design mockups and marketing assets into high-converting, mobile-responsive web pages that adhere to brand standards.Conduct regular cross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility testing to ensure peak UI/UX performance.Troubleshoot layout bugs, broken links, plugin conflicts, and page-speed bottlenecks.Salesforce Integration & Form ArchitectureConfigure web form validation, required fields, consent statements, and anti-spam protection.Integrate landing pages and web forms directly with Salesforce Sales Cloud via APIs, webhooks, or approved connectors.Ensure accurate data mapping across Salesforce fields, campaign objects, lead sources, and ownership rules.Domains, VPS Hosting & Web SecurityAdminister domain registrations, renewals, and DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).Manage VPS hosting environments, SSL/TLS certificates, web server configurations (Apache/Nginx), and database settings (MySQL/PHP).Oversee secure file access via SFTP, routine website backups, server resource monitoring, and disaster recovery testing.Maintain strict ICT security protocols, role-based access controls, MFA enforcement, and digital asset inventories.Analytics, Tracking & Technical SEOImplement and manage tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion events, form submissions, and campaign URLs.Maintain GCLID and UTM parameter pass-through from ad landing pages to Salesforce records to ensure accurate attribution.Manage technical SEO execution: page titles, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema, indexing, and Core Web Vitals via Google Search Console.Email Template ProductionCode responsive, table-based HTML email templates compatible with Outlook, mobile clients, and web browsers.Optimize email assets for fast loading and maximum deliverability within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent tools).Maintain standardized group email signatures and reusable design templates.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in web development, server administration, and digital platform management.Technical Stack: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WordPress, Webflow, PHP, MySQL, Linux VPS, Apache/Nginx, SFTP.Marketing Tech: Salesforce Sales Cloud integration, GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, Google Ads conversion tracking.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and clear documentation/communication abilities in English.Direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Cloudflare management, caching controls, and web security protocol implementation.Relevant industry certifications (Salesforce, Google Analytics/Ads, Webflow, or WordPress).Core CompetenciesTechnical Ownership: High accountability for site uptime, data privacy, and server health.Analytical Problem-Solving: Quick diagnostic capability for database, DNS, API, or tracking issues.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to bridge technical requirements between Marketing, CRM, and ICT departments.
