As APAC’s highest-rated digital agency, First Page has seen insane growth and won numerous awards over the past 3 years.The Role:We are looking for a Web Developer to join our development team and support the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and enhancement of client websites. The role involves working closely with our SEO and technical teams to implement client-approved website improvements across a range of CMS platforms.ResponsibilitiesMaintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing client websites across platforms including WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Shopify.Implement technical and on-site SEO improvements, including site speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, security updates, hreflang and canonical tags, robots.txt changes, and 301 redirects.Identify and resolve website bugs, technical issues, and front-end problems in a timely manner.Implement website changes and enhancements based on SEO recommendations and client requirements.Develop and modify front-end functionality using HTML, CSS/SCSS, PHP, and JavaScript.Perform website testing and quality assurance to ensure changes function correctly across devices and browsers.Requirements2+ years of experience in web development, website maintenance, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.Experience working with established websites and making modifications to existing codebases.Experience with one or more CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow.Understanding of technical SEO concepts and their implementation on websites.Experience troubleshooting website issues and debugging front-end code.Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to HaveExperience with React or other JavaScript frameworks.Experience working with Git/version control.Knowledge of web performance optimisation and Core Web Vitals.Familiarity with hosting, DNS, redirects, and basic server-side concepts.What we offer:Flexible work arrangements & great office cultureGuaranteed yearly salary incrementDental & Medical benefitsClassPass gym access & wellness sessionsBirthday cakes and celebrationsIn-house company-wide trainingMonthly team building eventsStructured rapid career progression
