Milkiyat.com also offers professional dashboards with analytics for agents and developers, and publishes market insights, area guides, tax explainers, and trend reports to support informed decision-making. The company is headquartered in Islamabad, with its office located in Blue Area near Jinnah Avenue Metro Station.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Islamabad. The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications and features that support Milkiyat.com’s marketplace, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable experiences for users across devices. Daily responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, integrating back-end services and APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product, design, and data teams to deliver new tools and enhancements. The role involves reviewing requirements, writing clean and testable code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to code reviews and documentation. The Web Developer will also help improve user experience and scalability as the platform and traffic grow.Qualifications Strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building and maintaining modern web applications.Proficiency in Front-End Development, including responsive UI implementation and familiarity with contemporary JavaScript frameworks or libraries.Experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design, database integration, and server-side performance optimization.Web Design awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to translate UX/UI concepts into functional interfaces.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side language or framework (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic security best practices for web applications.Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks independently and collaboratively.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in marketplace or real estate platforms is an advantage.
