The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that support digital marketing campaigns and brand experiences. Daily tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, developing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and optimizing site performance and security. The role involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to translate creative concepts and user requirements into functional, scalable web solutions. The Web Developer will also troubleshoot issues, ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and contribute to continuous improvement of the agency’s web development standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design frameworks.Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, such as experience with server-side programming languages, databases, and API integration.Candidates should possess Web Development skills covering end-to-end site architecture, performance optimization, and deployment workflows.Candidates should possess Programming skills that support clean, maintainable code, version control (e.g., Git), and problem-solving in a collaborative environment.Candidates should possess Web Design awareness, including usability, accessibility, and user experience principles to align technical solutions with creative direction.Relevant experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar), SEO-friendly development practices, and cross-browser testing is beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, and openness to ongoing learning and skill development are important.
