Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an executive search firm, is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable pawnshop and financial services company in the Philippines that has been serving communities across Luzon since May 1986.Our respected client is looking for a Web Developer that is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s web applications. This full-stack role covers front-end user experience, back-end logic, API integration, database management, and system development, ensuring high-performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.The role is based in Marilao, Bulacan with an onsite work set-up (Monday to Saturday) and has a morning shift schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Key Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.2-3 years of proven experience as Web Developer.Proficiency in PHP (including core/native PHP) and hands-on experience with Laravel framework.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX for dynamic web applications.Experience in MySQL database design, management, and query optimization.Experience with RESTful API integration and third-party SDKs.Experience with version control systems: Git / GitHub for version control.Advantage: Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
