Location: Alpharetta, GA – All 5 days a week in OfficeDuration : FulltimeEnd client interview will be an In person interview in Alpharetta, GA Location.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Architecture & Micro-Frontend StrategyArchitect and scale enterprise-grade web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures using Services As Fragment.Drive modernization initiatives across frontend platforms and shared application frameworks.Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability through modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Turbopack.Design Systems, Accessibility & User ExperienceLead the governance and adoption of enterprise-wide UI component libraries, design tokens, and frontend standards.Establish scalable CSS architecture using CSS3, SCSS/SASS, CSS Modules, and Tailwind CSS.Ensure applications meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and support global users through internationalization (i18n)frameworks.Deliver responsive, mobile-first user experiences across devices and platforms.Performance Optimization & Problem SolvingAnalyze and resolve complex frontend challenges involving state management, rendering performance, and browser behavior.Troubleshoot memory leaks, runtime issues, and performance bottlenecks.Evaluate architectural trade-offs involving SSR, SSG, ISR, and Client-Side Rendering strategies.Utilize data-driven approaches to improve application reliability and user experience.AI-Driven Development & Technical DocumentationLeverage AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and related technologies to accelerate development productivity.Apply prompt engineering techniques to streamline coding, testing, and documentation workflows.Produce high-quality technical documentation including:Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)Request for Comments (RFCs)Design SpecificationsEngineering Standards and Best PracticesProduct & Design CollaborationPartner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Collaborate using Figma to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design systems and product experiences.Participate in design reviews and contribute to product strategy discussions.DevOps, Deployment & Quality EngineeringDrive frontend delivery excellence through automated CI/CD pipelines.Implement modern deployment strategies including:Feature FlagsCanary ReleasesBlue/Green DeploymentsChampion quality engineering practices through automated testing frameworks such as:JestReact Testing LibraryCypressPlaywrightMaintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and operational excellence.Technical Leadership & MentorshipLead architecture reviews, design discussions, and code review processes.Establish and enforce frontend engineering standards and best practices.Promote secure development practices aligned with PCI-DSS and OWASP guidelines.Mentor and coach senior engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.Required QualificationsExperienceProven years of professional software development experience.Proven years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.Proven years of experience building applications with Next.js, including:App RouterServer ComponentsModern rendering strategiesProven experience implementing Micro-Frontend architectures using Services As Fragments.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
