SJA Pathway is designed for individuals aiming to land their first role, gain practical experience, build products, or raise capital with AI-driven support.Role Description The Web Developer Intern role at SJA Pathway is a full-time, remote internship focused on supporting the development and enhancement of the company’s web-based platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in building and maintaining front-end user interfaces, implementing back-end features and APIs, and supporting overall web application development. The intern will help debug and test features, collaborate with designers and developers to improve usability and performance, and contribute to responsive and accessible web design. This unpaid internship is suited for individuals seeking practical experience on live projects and exposure to AI-enabled career and entrepreneurship tools.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Web Development and Programming for building and maintaining web applications.Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Web Design to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development to work with APIs, data handling, and server-side logic.Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language or framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) is beneficial.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, remote environment are preferred.Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
