You will collaborate closely with our designers, brand strategists, and content teams to bring innovative web solutions to life.What You’ll Do:Design & Develop: Build and maintain responsive, user-centric websites that align with brand guidelines and UX best practices.End-to-End Execution: Implement intuitive front-end interfaces and robust back-end functionalities.Optimize & Troubleshoot: Ensure peak site performance, cross-browser/cross-device compatibility, and swiftly resolve technical issues.Innovate: Update existing sites and continuously contribute to elevating our web standards and internal processes.What You Bring:Core Development Skills: Solid experience in both Front-End and Back-End development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language/framework (PHP, Node.js, or Python).Web Design Sensibility: The ability to craft user-friendly layouts and visually consistent, responsive interfaces.Platform & Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and major CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix).Digital Marketing Acumen: A solid understanding of core SEO principles. Familiarity with Meta Ads conversion metrics, paid social strategies, or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is a strong advantage.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Project Management: A meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
