Location: [SF Bay Area, NYC, or Los Angeles] (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)ImpactThis role sits at the intersection of web, marketing, and execution.

You’ll act as a hands-on partner to the client, supporting go-to-market launches by translating strategy into high-quality web experiences and deliverables.Operating within defined scopes to move work forward, you will conduct research, shape web recommendations, and translate marketing and product needs into clear briefs and actionable web workstreams. You’ll ensure that web is effectively positioned within the broader marketing funnel, from acquisition through engagement. Duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be added, deleted, or modified at any time based on business needs.Qualifications4–7 years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or closely related roles, such as web strategy, web marketing management, digital experience, or marketing operations ideally in a management consulting settingExperience developing briefs, requirements, and project plans for web initiativesExperience supporting marketing or product launches and contributing to web strategy and execution, without necessarily owning full programs end-to-endStrong understanding of how web fits into the full marketing funnel, including acquisition, engagement, and conversion, with knowledge of:Landing page strategySEO fundamentalsContent structure and user journeysExperience using data to inform decisions, including familiarity with web analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion behaviorDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, especially in environments with shifting or ambiguous prioritiesExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, design, development, or related teamsAbility to translate inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, actionable web requirements and workstreamsAbility to operate with autonomy within a defined scope while proactively aligning with stakeholdersBachelor's degreePreferredFamiliarity with SEO basics and how they integrate into web content workflowsConsumer hardware, e-commerce, or devices web marketing backgroundExperience with project management toolsContent strategy experience, including educational guides, product exploration, or editorial calendarsAgency coordination experienceAdditional InformationCompensation & Benefits Sia invests in total rewards that support how our people work, live, and grow.Compensation Base Salary: $130,600–$135,700. When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location.
