In this remote role, the professor will prepare structured lesson plans, create instructional materials, record or conduct live sessions, and provide ongoing guidance and feedback to learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing curriculum aligned with industry standards, demonstrating practical applications of web development and process improvement, assessing learner performance, and updating content based on emerging trends and learner needs. The professor will collaborate with internal academic and product teams to enhance course quality, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to learner success and employability.Qualifications10+ Years of teaching experience in Web Technology / Six sigma fieldPh.D is mandatoryOnly Professors can apply Web design and user interface skills, including experience with Web Design and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Practical experience in Web Development and Front-End Development, with the ability to teach core concepts and best practices.Knowledge of Web Analytics and data-driven approaches to evaluate and optimize online learning content.Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles, tools, and methodologies; relevant certification (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly beneficial.Prior teaching, training, or corporate mentoring experience in technology or process improvement domains.Ability to design clear, structured curricula and explain complex technical topics in accessible, inclusive language.Comfort with remote teaching tools, learning management systems, and online collaboration platforms.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Strong communication skills and a commitment to learner-centered, non-discriminatory educational practices.
