The company uses data analysis and personalized consumer engagement to support clients’ marketing objectives.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Web3 Consultant to help evaluate blockchain-based opportunities for brand engagement, customer loyalty, and digital communities. This remote, U.S.-based role combines market research, business analysis, and client consulting to develop practical Web3 strategies.ResponsibilitiesIdentify Web3 use cases aligned with clients’ marketing and business objectives.Research blockchain platforms, digital ownership, token-based loyalty, and community engagement models.Develop business cases, campaign concepts, and implementation roadmaps.Evaluate technology partners based on capabilities, costs, usability, and risks.Prepare client presentations, research reports, and strategic recommendations.Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to plan pilot projects and measure results.QualificationsExperience in consulting, digital strategy, marketing technology, or Web3.Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.Ability to assess business value, customer experience, and implementation requirements.Strong research, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.Based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States.Preferred BackgroundExperience with a marketing agency, consultancy, technology company, or Web3 organization.Familiarity with digital loyalty programs, community strategy, and blockchain analytics.Experience developing proposals, facilitating client workshops, and evaluating campaign performance.Compensation$90,000 - $115,000 USD per year, depending on experience and responsibilities.
