A narrative can go from a handful of Telegram groups to real volume inside a week, and the platforms that catch it early set the pace for everyone else. Our Global Partnerships team works across asset listings, Web3 products (DEX, wallets, infrastructure) and TradFi, and we need someone already living on-chain who can tell us what matters before it trends. You will help decide what Gate lists and who we partner with — calls that show up in volume, user growth, and whether traders treat us as the first place a new asset lands.What You'll OwnEvaluating new assets end to end — team, tokenomics, on-chain flow, community, risk — and writing the memo the decision runs onBuilding your own monitoring stack across terminals, DEX data and the groups where tokens surface first, and bringing us assets before they trendTracking where liquidity is moving — meme cycles, new chains, DeFi launches, new-token sniping — and flagging the shifts earlyFollowing competitor exchange and DEX listing activity and flagging where Gate should move first, follow, or passTaking a position and defending it: list or pass, reasoning on the record, measured against what the asset does nextSupporting partnership research — comparable deals, terms, and business and reputational checks on prospective partnersTurning your process into a framework the rest of the team can runWho We're Looking ForNon-negotiablesYou research and trade on-chain with your own money, and can walk through your last three calls and the thinking behind themYou live in the tooling — GMGN, FOMO, Axiom, DEX screeners, launch bots — and switch the moment something better appearsYou have a method behind your calls, and can tell a project worth listing from one that is only loud this weekYou write clearly enough that a decision-maker can act without a follow-up callSome TradFi exposure (prime brokers, market makers, stablecoin or RWA issuers), or the adaptability to pick it up quicklyBonus — none of these are required; if the non-negotiables fit, apply1-4 years in listing, token research or protocol research at an exchange, trading terminal or fundChinese and English — the earliest signal is often in one, the decision written in the otherYou have built your own dashboard, bot or screener to make your research fasterAn active X/Twitter, Telegram or on-chain presence where you share your researchWhy This Role Is Worth Your TimeYou'll be doing the research that decides which assets and partners a top-3 global exchange backs, at the pace the market actually moves, with your calls going directly to the partnerships team and senior management.
