Location: Boring Road, Patna, BiharJob Type: Full-Time | Work From OfficeExperience: Minimum 1 YearSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per monthJob OverviewWe are looking for an ERP Development, Sales & Support Executive who can understand ERP software, demonstrate its features to customers, provide pre-sales and after-sales support, and coordinate with the development team for ERP-related requirements.The candidate should be comfortable working with CRM and ERP software and conducting product demonstrations for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesERP & CRM DemonstrationConduct ERP and CRM product demos for prospective customers.Explain software features, modules, workflows and benefits.Understand customer requirements and demonstrate relevant solutions.Conduct online/offline executive-level demonstrations.Website & Software TestingPerform website testing and software testing.Identify bugs, errors and usability issues.Coordinate with developers for issue resolution.Verify features before delivering them to customers.Pre-SalesHandle product inquiries and qualified leads.Understand customer business requirements.Prepare and deliver customized ERP/CRM demonstrations.Support the sales team during client meetings.Explain pricing, features, implementation process and software benefits.ERP SalesGenerate and follow up with ERP/CRM leads.Convert qualified prospects into customers.Maintain customer and lead information in CRM.Coordinate with the sales team for demos and follow-ups.After-Sales & Customer SupportProvide ERP product support to customers.Conduct onboarding and product training.Resolve basic software-related queries.Coordinate technical issues with the development team.Conduct after-sales demos and feature training.ERP Modules You Should UnderstandThe candidate should be able to understand and demonstrate modules such as:Lead ManagementInquiry ManagementCRMProject ManagementAttendance ManagementEmployee ManagementCustomer ManagementTask ManagementSales ManagementFollow-up ManagementReports & DashboardUser & Role ManagementRequired QualificationMCA / M.Tech / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related fieldMinimum 1 year of relevant experienceBasic understanding of ERP/CRM softwareGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to explain technical products in simple business languageBasic understanding of website/software testingComfortable with customer interaction and product demonstrationsSalary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per monthSalary may vary based on experience, technical knowledge, communication skills and interview performance.Work LocationBoring Road, Patna, BiharWork From Office – Full TimeHow to Apply📧 Email: hr@ngvpl.com📱 WhatsApp CV: 9555569916Please mention “ERP Development, Sales & Support Executive” in your application.
