Ltd. is a Bhubaneswar-based technology company specializing in software and product engineering, AI/ML-enabled applications, SaaS platforms, automation, API integrations, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance and enterprise technology solutions.About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Website Designer & Developer to manage the complete lifecycle of corporate, product, business and campaign websites.The selected candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, website planning, UI design, development, hosting configuration, deployment, integrations, performance optimization, security, maintenance and technical support.This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end ownership of WordPress websites and websites developed using other CMS, e-commerce and website-building platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business, product and marketing requirements and convert them into website plans and technical specifications.Create sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, page structures and responsive interface designs.Design and develop professional, modern and conversion-focused websites.Build and maintain websites using WordPress, Elementor, Gutenberg, WooCommerce and comparable tools.Develop websites using platforms such as Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or similar CMS and website-building solutions.Customize themes, templates, layouts, navigation, forms and reusable website components.Create responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and PHP where required.Develop landing pages, product pages, service pages, blogs, campaign pages and e-commerce websites.Configure domains, DNS records, hosting accounts, databases, SSL certificates, CDN services and business email settings.Manage staging environments, website migrations, backups, deployment and production go-live.Integrate websites with CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks, chatbots, payment gateways, booking systems and marketing-automation tools.Configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and conversion tracking.Implement technical and on-page SEO requirements, including metadata, schema, URL structures, sitemaps and redirects.Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, caching, image delivery and overall performance.Ensure responsive functionality across desktops, tablets, mobile devices and major browsers.Maintain website security through regular updates, backups, malware protection, access controls and vulnerability checks.Troubleshoot hosting, domain, database, theme, plugin, API and integration-related issues.Perform regular website maintenance, content updates and technical improvements.Maintain documentation covering hosting, domains, credentials, integrations, plugins, configurations and deployment processes.Manage multiple website projects and deliver them within agreed timelines and quality standards.Required Qualifications and Skills2–5 years of relevant experience in website design and development.Strong hands-on experience with WordPress.Proficiency in Elementor, Gutenberg or comparable page-building tools.Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive web design.Working knowledge of PHP and WordPress database structures.Experience working with WordPress themes, plugins, forms and WooCommerce.Ability to independently design professional website layouts.Understanding of UI/UX principles, mobile-first design, typography, spacing and brand consistency.Experience with domain registration, DNS configuration, web hosting, cPanel, databases and SSL certificates.Knowledge of website migration, backup, restoration and security procedures.Experience with website-performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.Working knowledge of technical SEO and analytics implementation.Experience integrating third-party tools through plugins, APIs, webhooks or embedded applications.Strong troubleshooting, time-management and documentation skills.Ability to independently manage a website from initial requirement gathering through deployment and maintenance.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or similar platforms.Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.Knowledge of custom WordPress theme or plugin development.Familiarity with Git and version-control practices.Experience working with staging and production environments.Familiarity with AWS, Cloudflare, managed WordPress hosting or other cloud-hosting platforms.Experience integrating CRM, chatbot, payment, booking, analytics and marketing-automation systems.Experience designing websites for technology companies, SaaS platforms or international businesses.Portfolio RequirementsCandidates must provide links to live websites they have personally designed or developed.
