Website Developer | WordPress, Wix & ShopifyLocation: Bengaluru, KarnatakaWork Mode: Fully On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 1–2 yearsJoining: Immediate / Short Notice PreferredImportantThis is a hands-on startup role, not a senior or managerial position.We are specifically looking for someone with 1–2 years of practical website development experience, particularly with WordPress, Wix and Shopify.If you are based in Bengaluru and have strong practical experience with these platforms, apply with examples of websites you have built.About WebBirthWebBirth is a Bangalore-based software and digital marketing company working with 750+ businesses across multiple markets.We are looking for a Website Developer to join our in-house team and work on websites for WebBirth and our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain websites using WordPress, Wix and Shopify.Develop responsive websites based on designs and client requirements.Customize WordPress themes, plugins and website layouts.Build and customize Shopify stores, themes and sections.Create and modify Wix websites.Make website updates, content changes and design adjustments.Ensure websites are responsive, functional and optimized for different devices.Troubleshoot website issues and fix bugs.Work with our design, marketing and project teams.Handle multiple client websites and deliver work within deadlines.Requirements1–2 years of relevant professional experience in website development.Strong practical experience with WordPress.Good working experience with Wix and Shopify.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Experience with WordPress themes, plugins and page builders.Understanding of responsive website development.Good attention to detail and ability to implement designs accurately.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned websites.Currently based in Bengaluru and comfortable working fully on-site.Comfortable working 6 days a week, with the 3rd Saturday off.Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
