We are looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Wedding Videographer, Photographer & Editor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of weddings and events, editing them into professional final products, and ensuring every client receives exceptional visual memories that exceed expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesBefore the EventPrepare cameras, lenses, lighting, drones (if licensed), gimbals, audio recorders, and all required equipment.Review the wedding schedule and shot list with the operations team.Visit venues when necessary to plan camera positions and lighting.Coordinate with wedding planners, decorators, DJs, and other suppliers.During the EventCapture professional photographs throughout the wedding and event.Record cinematic videos covering all important moments.Direct couples and families for portraits while maintaining a natural style.Capture candid emotions, details, decorations, and venue atmosphere.Record speeches, ceremonies, entrances, first dance, cake cutting, and other key moments.Operate stabilizers, gimbals, sliders, drones (where permitted), and lighting equipment.Work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing event conditions.Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service throughout the event.Post-ProductionImport, organize, and back up all photo and video files.Select the best images for editing.Professionally edit photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.Edit cinematic wedding films, highlight videos, teaser videos, and social media reels using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and visual effects where appropriate.Export files according to company quality standards.Deliver projects within company deadlines.Equipment ManagementMaintain cameras, lenses, lighting, memory cards, batteries, and accessories.Report damaged or missing equipment immediately.Ensure all equipment is cleaned, organized, and ready for each event.Client ExperienceInteract professionally with clients and guests.Help couples feel comfortable in front of the camera.Handle client requests courteously while maintaining production quality.Represent the company positively at every event.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of professional experience in wedding photography and videography.Strong portfolio of wedding photography and cinematic wedding films.Experience covering weddings, engagements, receptions, and luxury events.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Experience working in the UAE wedding and events industry is an advantage.Technical SkillsProfessional DSLR or mirrorless camera operation.Advanced knowledge of camera settings, exposure, composition, and lighting.Experience using:Adobe LightroomAdobe PhotoshopAdobe Premiere ProDaVinci Resolve (preferred)After Effects (advantage)Strong knowledge of color grading and audio editing.Experience using gimbals, drones (licensed), flashes, and studio lighting.Personal SkillsCreative eye for storytelling.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Positive attitude and professional appearance.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Team player with the ability to work independently.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)On-time delivery of edited projects.Client satisfaction ratings.Photo and video quality standards maintained.Number of revision requests.Equipment care and maintenance.Teamwork and cooperation during events.Adherence to company production timelines.Working ConditionsFlexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Frequent travel across the UAE for weddings and events.Long hours during event days.Occasional overnight stays for destination events.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance bonuses.Career growth opportunities.Professional development and training.Opportunity to work on luxury weddings and high-profile events.Creative and supportive work environment.
