Wedding & Venue Coordinator

Venue & Wedding Coordinator Full-time | PerthConfetti & Co is looking for a warm, organised and confident Venue & Wedding Coordinator to join our team.The main focus of this role is coordinating weddings and working with couples from their first enquiry and venue tour through to planning and wedding-day delivery.Your week will include:Responding to enquiries and conducting venue toursFollowing up couples and helping turn enquiries into bookingsSupporting booked couples throughout their venue-planning journeyPreparing timelines, floor plans and wedding detailsAssisting with weddings, open days and promotional eventsHelping us improve the overall venue and client experienceWe’re looking for someone who is naturally great with people, highly organised and comfortable taking initiative. Experience in weddings, events, venues, hospitality, tourism or client-facing sales would be ideal.You’ll need to be comfortable working Saturdays, with some Sundays and evenings required around weddings and events. This is a varied hybrid role working between Masonmill in Carmel, our Bassendean office, home and other event locations.You’ll also have opportunities to develop your experience across wedding planning, styling, coordination, and business development.A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
