Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe’re looking for a Weekend Sales Assistant to join ēsho at the Farmers Market in Al Serkal Avenue, Dubai.This is a part-time weekend role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, starting conversations and selling products they believe in.Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PMLocation: Farmers Market, DubaiStart: November 2026At ēsho, we work with high-quality teas, teaware, and tea experiences for both private and corporate clients. We’re looking for someone who can represent the brand naturally and make people curious enough to stop, taste, ask questions and discover something new.https://www.instagram.com/esho.world/Your responsibilities will include:
- welcoming visitors and introducing them to ēsho and our products
- helping customers understand different teas, origins, flavours and ways tea is enjoyed across cultures
- offering tea tastings and helping people choose products based on their preferences
- explaining our B2C products as well as B2B opportunities, including corporate gifting, tea ceremonies and brand activations
- actively selling during the market rather than simply standing behind the counter
- processing payments through online payment method (be comfortable with Ziina, Stripe)
- packing purchases and preparing customer orders
- keeping the stand organised, stocked and presentable throughout the day
- helping us notice what customers ask for, what attracts their attention and what could be improvedWe’re looking for someone who:
- is naturally warm, energetic and comfortable approaching new people
- genuinely enjoys sales
- is curious about tea and ideally already understands different tea cultures or is excited to learn
- communicates confidently in English
- can explain a product in an interesting, human way rather than repeating a memorised sales pitch
- is reliable and available consistently on weekends
- is comfortable working independently and taking initiativePrevious retail or hospitality experience is helpful, but personality, curiosity and communication matter more to us.This role can be especially interesting for someone who enjoys tea, specialty food, hospitality, lifestyle brands or customer-facing work and wants to learn how a growing UAE homegrown brand operates from the inside.Please note: this is a contract-based freelance role, and at this stage we are not able to provide visa sponsorship.
