Weight bridge Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator to manage the weighing of incoming and outgoing trucks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth vehicle movement at the facility.RequirementsOperate the weighbridge system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.Record truck weights, vehicle details, material type, supplier/customer information, and quantities accurately.Issue and verify weighbridge tickets and delivery documents.Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Security teams.Check delivery and dispatch documents against weighbridge records.Monitor and report any discrepancies in vehicle weight or documentation.Maintain daily weighing records and prepare reports.Ensure the weighbridge equipment and system are functioning properly and report any issues.Follow company safety, security, and operational procedures.Maintain proper filing and documentation of all transactions.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of experience as a Weighbridge Operator, preferably in a feed mill, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, or industrial environmentBasic computer skills, especially MS Excel and data entryGood numerical and record-keeping skillsAbility to work shifts and handle high-volume truck movementsGood communication and coordination skills
