You’ll deliver two initial 30-minute 1:1 calls—Kickstart and Onboarding—then support clients through group coaching, weekly check-ins, and the LIVE 360 community in Skool. Client questions and day-to-day support are handled in Skool; the role does not include private DMs or routine weekly 1:1 coaching.Your success is measured by your ability to help clients:Build skills across nutrition, movement, emotional regulation, mindset, and identityApply the Never Diet Again Method and follow through on agreed actionsBuild sustainable habits that support weight loss and long-term healthImprove their relationship with food and create lasting changeGrow in confidence, self-trust, and the ability to maintain progress independentlyYour goal is simple: Help clients move forward, stay consistent, and never need to diet again.Expected income: £3,000–£5,000 per month at 60–100 active clients, based on £50 per active client. At this scale, systems and structure matter. You’re a coach and an account manager. Client outcomes, retention, CRM, escalations and revenue targets all sit with you. Our systems and AI-assisted admin give you time back for coaching, but the accountability is yours.Retention is coaching. Most clients need 12–16 months to truly transform. A client who leaves at 6 months hasn’t hit her goal. Expect weekly renewal conversations, a minimum 50% renewal-rate KPI and monthly revenue targets. The coaches who do best here aren’t the most salesy: their clients simply don’t want to leave.Emotional resilience matters. At 100 clients, you can’t carry 100 people’s emotions. Some will ghost you. Some will ignore the plan. The best coaches feel it, reset and go again. It’s performance-based, and you’re never alone. Clear KPIs, reviewed monthly, we are head with you every week, invested because your numbers are our numbers. Bring the right attitude and passion, keep progressing, and you will do well here.REQUIREMENTSExcellent spoken and written English.Certified personal trainer with an industry-recognised nutrition certification and/or Women’s Health Coach Qualifications and experience working with women over 40.5,000+ hours of coaching, or 3–4 years in the fitness industry, with proven online client transformations. An undeniable track record of online transformationsNutrition coaching that goes deeper than macro targets: managing calories, protein and fibre alongside the stress, emotions and habits that drive how a client actually eatsYou are consistent and dependable, so clients know what to expect and can trust your support. You care about helping people succeed. You are optimistic, have a growth mindset, and can help clients see what is possible. You are highly organised and able to manage a substantial client caseload without losing personal attention. You are confident with technology and can use Skool, CRM systems, video calls, email, and AI-generated admin summaries carefully and responsibly.HOW TO APPLYSTEP 1: Video Cover LetterKeep it short and focusedAim for 2–3 minutes max.
