Actively engage with guests and help to facilitate and create WOW moments. Drive the Whatever / Whenever service promise throughout the department. Handle guest complaints and emergency situations in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure. Act as main contact for guests and other hotel departments in the absence of Director of Rooms and Assistant Director of Welcome.
