Welding Instructor

About the RoleBlackgold Training Institute is looking for a qualified and experienced Welding Instructor to join our training team in Dammam.The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering background, practical knowledge of welding and workshop operations, and a passion for developing technical skills through both classroom and hands-on training.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver theoretical and practical welding training to trainees.Conduct hands-on workshop sessions and demonstrations.Explain welding techniques, equipment, tools, and safe working practices.Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and assessments.Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment.Support trainees in developing practical, industry-relevant welding skills.Follow the institute's training standards, procedures, and safety requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience in welding, mechanical engineering, technical training, or a related industry.Strong practical understanding of welding processes and workshop practices.Previous experience as a trainer or instructor is preferred.Fluent Arabic speaker.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively with trainees from different technical backgrounds.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and training quality.
