Deliver value.JOB TITLE: WELL TEST SUPERVISORThis job is based in Abu Dhabi Location.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Well Test Supervisor shall be responsible for the safe, efficient and continuous operation of the Early Production System (EPS) and Extended Well Test (EWT) facilities at an onshore wellsite. The role is accountable for supervising all well testing and production operations, ensuring safe execution of the approved operating procedures, maximizing production uptime, maintaining equipment integrity and ensuring compliance with Company and Client HSE requirements.Direct rig-up, commissioning, start-up and shutdown of the complete EPS.Supervise well testing EPS operations and Well Intervention OperationsSupervise operation of:Wellhead Maintenance for both Xmas Tree and WellheadSlickline for well re-entry, pressure surveys, sampling and isolationCoiled Tubing for N2 Lifting and StimulationH2S monitoring system commissionComplete EPS system including (separator, indirect bath heater, flare / incinerator system, storage tanks, Truck loading facilities for both produced oil and water)Ensure export oil meets required specifications before truckingEnsure accurate production allocation and reporting on daily basis.Coordinate truck loading and interface with ADNOC receiving facilities.Ensure compliance with PTW.Lead Toolbox Talks.Participate in JSA/TRA/TWOP/ HAZOPStop unsafe work.Ensure well integrity and barrier management.Participate in emergency drills.Supervise operators and Coordinate contractorsLiaise with Company Representative.Daily production reports.Daily HSE reports.Equipment downtime.NPT reporting.Incident reporting.Shift handover.Production summaries.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Petroleum or Process Engineering.Minimum 12 years in Surface Well Testing / EPS and Rigless Well InterventionMinimum 5 years in years as Well Test Supervisor.Experience with:Early Production Facilities - Sour serviceOnshore UAE is preferredTruck loading operationsCustody meteringProduction operationsIWCF Level 4 Well Intervention
