Wellbeing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Manager to lead and deliver comprehensive workplace mental health and wellbeing initiatives. The role will involve providing counselling support, leading a team of counsellors, developing employee wellbeing programs, and partnering with HR and management to promote a healthy and supportive workplace environment.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in developing innovative workplace wellbeing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive mental health and wellbeing services through voice, chat, video, and in-person channels.Lead and support a team of counsellors by providing guidance, training, supervision, and quality oversight.Develop and facilitate workshops, training programs, and support groups on topics including:Stress managementResilience buildingMindfulnessWork-life balanceEmotional wellbeingWorkplace mental healthCreate engaging and user-friendly mental wellbeing resources to increase employee awareness and reduce stigma around mental health.Collaborate with HR, management, and other stakeholders to design and implement mental health prevention and wellbeing promotion initiatives.Identify and address systemic psychosocial issues affecting employee wellbeing and work with key stakeholders to develop appropriate interventions.Support the development and implementation of workplace wellbeing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.Travel to domestic and international locations when required to support the organisation's workplace wellness initiatives.Monitor emerging trends, research, innovations, and best practices in workplace mental health and employee wellbeing and incorporate relevant approaches into programs.Maintain appropriate professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practices while delivering wellbeing services.Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Applied Psychology, preferably with a Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology specialisation.3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate wellbeing, workplace mental health, counselling, or a related field.Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis, counselling, and evidence-based intervention modalities.Experience in designing and delivering psychosocial interventions within workplace or corporate environments.International exposure or experience working with diverse employee populations is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport, trust, and professional relationships with employees from diverse backgrounds.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and supervise counsellors.Ability to develop engaging wellbeing content, workshops, and employee awareness programs.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Passion for workplace wellbeing, mental health promotion, and innovation in employee wellness.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Key CompetenciesWorkplace Mental Health & WellbeingCounselling & Psychological InterventionsTeam Leadership & SupervisionEmployee EngagementWorkshop & Training FacilitationPsychosocial Risk ManagementStakeholder ManagementCommunication & PresentationProgram Development & ImplementationResearch & Evidence-Based Practice
