Purpose of the RoleThe Wellness Director is the point of leadership unifying the resort's clinic (Stay Well Clinic & Physio), spa (LeSpa), and fitness center (Stay Fit) into one seamless, outcome-driven wellness offering. The role bridges clinical understanding with luxury hospitality standards, ensuring every guest moves through a coherent wellness journey — from health assessment through treatment, movement, and recovery — while delivering on commercial targets, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Director is not required to be a medical doctor, but must carry sufficient clinical literacy to govern the clinic's services responsibly, combined with genuine depth in fitness and movement programming. This is a leadership and integration role first — balanced across clinic, fitness, and spa — rather than a spa-led appointment.2.
