Wellness Manager

The organization offers opportunities to develop professionally while making a meaningful impact on people’s daily lives.Key Responsibilities : · Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities.· Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction in all wellness areas.· Develop and implement wellness programs (spa treatments, fitness classes, holistic therapies).· Manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control for the department.· Lead, train, and motivate the wellness team to achieve performance excellence.· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.· Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness into the overall guest experience.Requirements :· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field.· Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in spa/wellness management at a hotel or resort.· Strong knowledge of spa therapies, fitness, and holistic wellness trends.· Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.· Bilingual skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.· Passion for wellness and delivering excellent guest experiences.Placement : Le Eminence Hotel Convention & Resort PuncakIf you have what it takes, please send your CV to recruitment@le-eminencepuncak.comSubject: Wellness Manager  – Your Name
