Many of our members are navigating health conditions, recovering from a setback, or beginning to notice changes that make everyday life more difficult.Our job is to meet them where they are—and help them move forward.About LiveWell HealthLiveWell Health is an exercise and wellness company designed specifically for the aging population. Since 2018, we have helped older adults continue doing the things that matter most to them, whether that means traveling, playing golf or tennis, getting up from the floor, walking without assistance, or simply remaining independent at home.We combine objective assessment, individualized programming, professional collaboration, and genuine human connection. Our team works alongside families, physicians, physical therapists, senior living communities, and private clubs throughout Southwest Florida.What You’ll DoAs a Wellness Specialist, you will:Deliver individualized, 45-minute exercise sessions in members’ homes and residential communitiesDevelop safe, progressive programs focused on strength, balance, mobility, power, and enduranceAdapt sessions around medical history, physical limitations, pain, fatigue, and day-to-day changesBuild meaningful, long-term relationships with members and their familiesDocument sessions and communicate important observations with the LiveWell teamCollaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals when appropriateHelp members understand how their exercise program supports their personal goals and independenceRepresent LiveWell with professionalism, consistency, empathy, and sound judgmentWho We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who brings more than technical knowledge. The right person understands that working with older adults requires patience, attentiveness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to earn trust.You may be a strong fit if you:Have a degree in exercise science, kinesiology, exercise physiology, or a closely related fieldHave experience working with older adults, clinical populations, or individuals with complex health historiesUnderstand exercise programming beyond simply leading someone through a workoutCan confidently modify exercises while preserving the purpose of the programCommunicate clearly with members, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionalsAre dependable, organized, coachable, and comfortable working independentlyNotice small changes in movement, behavior, energy, or functionCare deeply about the quality of the experience you provideBring a skill, perspective, or area of expertise that can make our entire team betterRelevant certifications are valued, but character, judgment, and the ability to connect with people are equally important.What Success Looks LikeA successful Wellness Specialist does more than conduct great sessions.Our best specialists become trusted parts of our members’ lives.
