Job Title: Wellsite Drilling Supervisor

Location: DubaiDuration: 6+ MonthsTechnicalReviews current Drilling Program prior to commencement of operation and ensures all clarifications, errors and corrections have been addressed.Predicts optimum drilling & flow parameters through Multiphase flow modeling or equivalent.

Interprets the results from the modeling and the impact on performance.Plans the kill mud properties (i.e. mud weight) in coordination with Client DSV & CTD Driller.Reviews all current procedures and contingency procedures – gives feedback and updates on lessons learnedExecutes Pressure Testing procedure to ensure all vessels, valves & pipe work are pressure tested before commencing operations.Performs slack management procedures at the beginning of the well and as required.Confirmed with the CT engineer the CT job files with the new coil & cable lengths if a cut is performed after slack management. Updates the model with well specific information.Understands and implements ESD function testing and power shut down tests.Creates the job file for the well and populates with available information as indicated in the programme.Understands how to determine optimum N2 pump rates taking into consideration safety guidelines and onsite inventory.
