STANDARD MH GROUP is looking for Wet Process Manager/Sr. Wet Process Manager-Woven WashingJob Description / ResponsibilityProduction ManagementPlan, organize and control daily/monthly wet process production according to shipment and production targets.Ensure smooth production flow from batching through washing, dyeing, finishing and final output.Monitor production capacity, machine utilization, productivity and efficiency.Ensure on-time delivery of production without compromising quality.Take immediate corrective actions against production bottlenecks and process deviations.Wet Process & Technical Operations:Supervise and optimize all wet processes, including:Garment WashingGarment DyeingEnzyme/Stone/Acid/PP & other special effectsBleachingNeutralizationSofteningTinting/OverdyeingFinishing processesDevelop and implement process parameters for different fabrics, garments and buyer requirements.Ensure proper execution of approved recipes and process standards.Troubleshoot technical/process-related problems and develop effective solutions.Quality ControlEnsure consistent quality, shade, hand feel, appearance and required wash effects.Coordinate with R&D, Lab, Quality, Merchandising and Production Planning teams.Ensure bulk production follows approved Lab Dip/Trial/PP Sample/Sealed Sample standards.Minimize rejection, re-wash, alteration and customer complaints.Chemical & Cost ControlMonitor chemical consumption against approved standards and recipes.Control water, steam, electricity, gas and other utilities consumption.Reduce process loss, rewash and chemical wastage.Work closely with Commercial/Store/Procurement teams for proper chemical availability and inventory control.Develop initiatives for cost reduction and process optimization.Production Planning & CapacityAnalyze machine capacity and manpower requirements.Coordinate with PPC to prepare realistic production plans.Ensure maximum utilization of washing/dyeing machines and other equipment.Monitor daily production achievement against target and prepare performance reports.Team & People ManagementLead and develop Production, Wet Process and related operational teams.Set KPIs for Managers, Production Officers, Incharges and Supervisors.Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training requirements.Maintain discipline, teamwork and effective communication across departments.Compliance, Safety & SustainabilityEnsure production operations comply with buyer requirements, company policies, environmental standards and applicable local regulations.Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of chemicals.Maintain safe working practices and support environmental sustainability initiatives.Coordinate with EHS/Compliance teams for wastewater, chemical and workplace safety requirements.Educational RequirementsDiploma in Engineering in Textile EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Applied ChemistrySkills Required: ERP Software, Communication, Leadership, Planning and monitoring, Chemical, Problem solving and decision makingExperience Requirements10 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Washing FactoryAdditional RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Wet Processing, Chemistry, Apparel Manufacturing.Textile/Wet Processing background will be preferred.Strong experience in export-oriented garment washing/dyeing factories.Candidates with experience handling large-scale washing plants and international buyer requirements will be preferred.Job LocationGazipur
