Beyond fashion, the world of FRAME continues to expand through meaningful cultural collaborations from hotels to auction houses, establishing the brand as a destination where style, creativity, and culture intersect.Today, FRAME is recognized globally for its ready-to-wear, denim, and accessories, with more than 20 stores across North America, Europe, and Asia, and distribution through leading department stores and boutiques worldwide.About the role :The Wholesale Coordinator supports the operational development of the wholesale network (agents, department stores & multi-brand partners) and ensures the successful execution of the wholesale strategy across the EMEA region.Key Responsibilities :Sales Support· Support the EMEA Wholesale Managers in coordinating day-to-day wholesale activities across the region.· Maintain and update wholesale tools, databases, and mapping of all clients & prospects· Assist with miscellaneous tasks or projects related to Wholesale· Support in maximizing the performance of our wholesale partners with swaps and reorders· Provide administrative support to the team (answering phone, aftersales requests, order confirmations)Analysis & Reporting· Support weekly and monthly sales reporting by: -Analysing wholesale KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, shipment, stock levels) -Tracking performance vs targets by account· Monitor incoming stock at the warehouse and map deliveries against reorder demand.· Track available-to-sell stock across US and European warehouses, and flag when stock needs to be transferred to cover regional demand.· Build and maintain the tools and files the team uses to manage reorders, swaps and stock allocation (trackers, best seller rankings, inventory crosschecks).· Set up and improve processes for reorders, swaps, and transfers.· Turn complex stock and sales data into clean, usable reports for the sales team and management.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, logistics, planning) to keep stock flow and reporting running smoothly.Market Support· Book market appointments with clients & prospects· Support booking travel arrangements· Assist during buying appointments· Ensure accurate order entry and follow-up in internal systemsProfile· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with large data sets and drawing clear conclusions from them.· Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, working across multiple files); knowledge of BI or reporting tools is a plus· Structured and process-minded, able to build a way of working from scratch and keep it running.· Detail-oriented with strong follow-up, especially on stock, orders and deadlines· Clear communicator, able to present in a simple way to sales, logistics and management.· Team player with a proactive attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.· Fluent in English (written and spoken) in addition to French; other languages are a plus.· Previous experience in wholesale, sales administration, merchandising or planning· Strong product sensitivity and interest in fashion.What we Offer:· The opportunity to join a fast-growing fashion house.· Employee discounts including partner brands· Meal vouchers· The chance to work alongside an international, dynamic, and motivated team.
