From cult-favorite accessories to elevated collaborations with brands like Birkenstock and St. Regis, STAUD has built a world that’s distinctly LA yet globally resonant.STAUD offers a health care plan to include medical coverage, dental care, vision insurance, an FSA plan, and a matching 401k plan.Role OverviewThe Wholesale Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the Wholesale Sales team, ensuring orders, account information, production updates, shipping details, and order adjustments are accurately managed across internal systems.This role will work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams including Production, Logistics, Finance, and DTC to keep orders moving efficiently and ensure accurate, timely information. This person will be a key partner to the Sales team, allowing Account Managers to focus on selling and growing the business while ensuring the operational side runs smoothly.Essential DutiesOrder ManagementManage wholesale orders from confirmation through production, ensuring accurate information across JOOR, Buy Charts, and ERP.Reconcile orders and quantities across systems and identify and resolve discrepancies.Process ATS allocations into the ERP system and log chase orders into the reorder document.Manage order updates resulting from production changes, including shortages, cancellations, style/color changes, and sizing adjustments.Account Management & Set UpSet up new wholesale accounts and maintain accurate account information in the ERP.Update shipping addresses, billing information, payment terms, and other account details as needed.Partner with Accounts Payable and Account Managers to ensure account terms are accurately reflected in the system.Shipping & ReportingProvide accounts and Account Managers with accurate shipping recaps, tracking information, and updated delivery dates.Communicate PO updates and estimated shipping dates by style.Maintain weekly shipping reporting and provide visibility into upcoming and outstanding shipments.Process approved shipping extensions and maintain accurate extension reporting.Cross-Functional PartnershipServe as a key operational resource for the Wholesale Sales team.Partner closely with the International Wholesale team, working New York business hours 2 days per week to support real-time communication and collaboration.Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Finance, DTC, and Sales to resolve operational issues and keep orders on track.Proactively identify discrepancies and opportunities to improve wholesale processes and efficiencies.Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education2–4 years of experience in wholesale operations, sales operations, fashion, apparel, or a related field.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with ERP or order management systems.Experience with JOOR, NuORDER, or similar wholesale platforms preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight, time-sensitive deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams.Flexibility to work New York business hours 2 days per week.Interest in and knowledge of the fashion/wholesale industry preferred.Physical and Mental RequirementsStanding and sitting for extended periods of time.Lifting up to 25 pounds in a safe and prudent manner.Ability to move throughout an office with ease.Ability to read, write, and understand English.Ability to effectively interact with others internally and externally.Ability to utilize office equipment in a safe and prudent manner, including a copy machine, fax machine, computer, telephone, and other general office equipment that may be used regularly.Ability to work with many different personalities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Correctable vision and hearing.Ability to work on-site, full-time.Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
