The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining Windchill environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windchill PLM systems.Performance Optimization: Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.User Management: Manage roles, permissions, and access controls.Customization & Integration: Support customizations, workflows, and integrations with ERP/MES systems.Data Management: Oversee data migration, backups, and disaster recovery planning.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and product teams to align PLM capabilities with business needs.Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to IT security policies and industry standards.
